I'm so upset that i have to stop going to this Wingstop. I called in an order for pickup. When i got there a lady named Stacy was standing there counting money from the register. She didn't welcome me nor did she acknowledge me. I gave her a minute and she kept her head down and kept doing what she was doing. I thought maybe she didn't see me so i said, "can i pick up my order please" she shook her head no and kept doing what she was doing. I had to keep calm. She finally looked up and said she had the register shut down and that was it. Finally a really nice guy came from the back, stopped her from doing what she was doing and let me pay for my order. When i got my food home my the fries were cold. I'm still mad from two days ago!

So today on super bowl Sunday me and my very hungry family wanted some hot wings like any normal American family..... Called in a very simple order at 4:15 pm and the nice lady on the phone informed me it would be about 45 minutes considering the day, I told her I understood and it wasn't a big deal, so as the time got closer to pick up my call in order, I head to the location. I pull in and there is a line out the door heading towards the parking lot. I didn't really like that but whatever we were in it for the long haul I suppose.... So after about 30mins of waiting in line I finally made it to the counter..... For the man to tell me he can not find my order..... Okay so..... My order..... This would not be a big deal, however if they need to remake my order (that I have already been waiting over an hour for) but it was going to take another 45 minutes minimum. So needless to say I walked away and now I am typing this amazing review. Wing stop on 39th expressway is trash.... I can't imagine how hard it is to toss some food down in a vat of hot grease and get it wrong....

It appears I am only echoing what other reviewers have said here. Customer Service is terrible. Every time I call in an order it is an ordeal and it seems like you are more of a nuisance than anything. The in person service is no better. You are treated like you're not even there. I keep going back though becuase I love the wings. They are better than BWW in every way. Do yourself two favors... Try Wingstop Wings, find a different location to try them at though.

The food is sooo good...when it's done right. Don't expect any type of customer service, with the exception of a couple of people. Ordering online means nothing because they won't start making your food until you get there. Sometimes you'll get lucky and they'll move it up if someone good is working the register. It's a shame that the food is fantastic and their customer service is terrible.

The food is good but the customer service is horrible. I wouldn't even worry about placing an order online because your food will never be ready and you'll have to wait an additional 40 mins at the store. The last time I went to this location I was charged twice.

Be prepared to wait if you order online. I eat here 3-4 times a month and I can't recall a time when my they had my order ready, let alone started by the time i arrive.

I seriously love chicken wings.. I'm so glad I finally tried Wingstop! I was a little weary about placing an online order for this place based on previous reviews, but the service was excellent! I've ordered from here three different times, all of which were online orders (paid in store). I usually arrived earlier than the suggested pick up time and my order was either already ready or just being boxed up as I paid. So far I've tried their classic wings with the lemon pepper, mild, original hot, and BBQ flavors... all of which were hot and delicious! The original hot isn't too hot if you're looking for the classic buffalo flavor. Definitely my new go-to place for wings!

The wings at wingstop are exceptional. The service on the other hand is sub par with the exception of 1-2 of the employees currently working. Personally, I've called to place orders on several occasions and been hung up on and had to call back repeatedly. It is as though the employee who answered the phone had zero patience. It's unfortunate that the food is so good and the service is so poor. I don't go nearly as often as I would like because I have to be in the mood to deal with the service.
